    本文以甘蓝叶片为材料,通过对低温5胁迫下甘蓝生理生化指标、可溶性蛋白组分以及磷酸化底物蛋白、蛋白激酶活性的研究,以期找出甘蓝叶片对低温胁迫的生理生化响应规律,为甘蓝露地越冬栽培防范寒害提供理论指导,同时对低温胁迫下甘蓝逆境信号传导进行了探讨,从而为彻底弄清低温胁迫机理提供进一步的证据,研究的主要结果如下:丙二醛含量( mda ) 、超氧化物歧化酶( sod ) 、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶( asp )和过氧化物酶( pod )活性在低温处理0 30min发生显著变化,低温处理3min后,甘蓝叶片内mda含量基本没有变化,处理5min时出现第一个峰值,达到对照的104 . 10 , 10min出现低谷,仅为对照的86 . 27 ,随后再次上升, 30min时超过第一峰值,为对照的113 . 93 。
